Guardcorps Security and Investigations Services, LLC is a leading private security company providing professional security services for commercial properties, construction sites, events, residential communities, and retail clients. We are expanding rapidly into Connecticut, and we are looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team and grow with us.

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for services. They will focus on building long-term relationships, meeting sales goals, and generating new contracts from their existing leads or client network as well as pursuing warm/hot leads. This is the perfect opportunity for a self-starter who can focus on sales at each step of the process. If you’re an experienced sales professional with strong B2B experience and a proven ability to close deals, we want to hear from you. Experience in the Security, Military, or Law enforcement preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:

  • $80,000 Base Pay + Uncapped Commission
  • Mileage Reimbursement and Vehicle Maintenance
  • Performance Bonuses and Incentives


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads for contracts through cold calls, networking, online research, and referrals
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships
  • Conduct on-site consultations and needs assessments
  • Develop customized proposals for security services
  • Represent the company at social events, conferences, and conventions
  • Negotiate and close service agreements with decision-makers
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with operations and management to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of verifiable sales experience (required)
  • Experience selling security, facility management, or staffing services (Preferred)
  • Existing book of leads or client connections strongly preferred
  • Proven history of exceeding sales goals and closing contracts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of business-to-business (B2B) sales
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM

Experience:

  • Sales Experience of 2 Years (Required)
  • Security industry / Business Development: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Former Law Enforcement or Military Experience (Preferred)
